A RESOLUTION APFOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF THE FRIENDS OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PARKS FUND, A NON - PROFIT CORPORATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE R RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CRY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Section 1. That the following persons are appointed to serve as members of the
Board of the Friends of West University Perks Fund, a non -profit corporation, for the specific
terms of the specific positions indicated below:

Section 2. All resolutions and parts of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of the conflicts only.
Section 3. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, parrama , section or other part of
this resolution or the application thereof W any person or circumstance, shall ever be held to be
'invalid or unconstitutional by any Mud of competent lurlcdlctlon, the remainder of this resolution.

Section 4. The City Council officially finds, determines and declares that a sufficient
wdden notice of the date, hour, place and subject of each momirl at which this resolution was
discussed, considered or acted upon was given in the manner required by the Terms Open
Meetings Act, as amended, and that each such meeting has been open W the public as required
by law at all times during such discussion, consideration and action. The Cry Council ratifies,
approves and confirms such notices and the contents and posting themeot.
