CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES
The City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas, met In regular session on Wednesday,
July 17, 2013, in fine Municipal Building, 3800 University, West University Place, Texas beginning at
2:30 p.m.
Agenda items were as follows:
Call to Order. Mayor Fry celled the meeting to order at 2.30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. Common
and Staff in antechamber were: Mayor Pro Term Sample, Councilmembers Heathmll Johnson, and
Yehle, City Manager Ross, CM Secretary Lenz and Police Chief Walker
Councilmember Yehle led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Secretary Lenz confirmed that the Notice of the special and regular meetings was duty posted in
accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
1. Public Comments
This was an opportunity for citizens to speak to Council relating to agenda and non - agenda items.
There were no comments from the public.
2. Consent poll
All Consent Agenda hems listed are considered to be marine by the City Council and will be enacted
by one motion. There will be no separme discussion of these items unless a Council member
requeses in which event the item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its
normal sequence on the agenda.
A. Cdv Council Minutes
Approve the Minutes of the City Council Special Meeting (Workshop) of June 27, 2013.
Councilmember Yehle moved to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Counolmember
Handbook seconded the motion. MOTION PASSED.

With further business, Mayor Pro Tom Sample moved to adjourn the meeting at 2:31 p.m.
