Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet on May 16, 2013 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:
Call to order
1. Nodces, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures, identifying parties,
swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. 2013-02, regarding property at 3011 Georgetown Street, West University Place,
Texas 77005, (Variance).
a. Public hearing regarding a Request for a Variance to Article 7, Table 7 -2, "Yards (or
`setbackjs "', Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances to reduce an interior side yard (or
setback) 3' in order to place a carport structure 2' from the property fine.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
3. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on April 18,
2013.

Anyone with a disability requiring special arrangements to be able to participate in the meeting
may contact the person who signs this notice, below, in advance of the meeting, to allow time for
arrangements to be made as necessary. The meeting place mentioned above is accessible by wheel
chairs by using the sloped ramp located at the west entrance to the municipal building. Specially
marked parking spaces are available in the parking lot adjoining university boulevard.
