Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment(ZBA) of the City of West
University
Place,Texas will meet on January 17,2013 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard,West University Place,Texas 77005
The subject(s)of the meeting are as follows:
Call to order
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures, identifying parties,

2. Docket No. 2012-07, regarding property at 4228 Albans, West University Place, Texas 77005,
(Variance).
a. Public hearing regarding a Request for a Variance to Article 5-101, "Building Site
Dimensions",Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances to uncombine three lots and recombine them
through an owner's designation of a building site.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc.regarding the preceding matters.
3. Docket No. 2012-08, regarding property at 5310 and 5320 Kirby Drive, West University Place,
Texas 77005 (Variances).
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters:
1. Request for a Variance to Article 5, Section 5-100, "Building Site
Requirements",Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances to allow the
combination of two building sites that are not adjacent or abutting to be
designated as a single building site;
2. Request for a Variance to Article 10, specifically Table 10-100 Off-Street Parking
to waive the requirement for the additional required parking spaces.
b. Deliberations,decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
3.Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on July 19, 2012.
Adjournment
Anyone with a disability requiring special arrangements to be able to participate in the meeting
may contact the person who signs this notice, below, in advance of the meeting, to allow time for
arrangements to be made as necessary. The meeting place mentioned above is accessible by wheel
chairs by using the sloped ramp located at the west entrance to the municipal building. Specially
marked parking spaces are available in the parking lot adjoining university boulevard.
