Mayor Fry called the workshop to order at 6:30 p.m. Council and shaft in aftendance were: Councilmembers Heathcott, Johnson and Yehle, City Manager Ross, CRY Attorney Petrov, Assistant City Manager/Public Works Director Paper, and City Secretary Lenz. Mayor Pro Tom Sample was absent. Boy Scouts led the Pledge of Allegiance. Agenda items were as follows: 1. Public Comments This is an opportunity for citizens to speak to CounW relating to agenda and non-agenda items. There were no public comments. 2. Consent Agenda All Consent Agenda items listed are considered to be routine by the City Council and wall be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council member requests in which event the Rem will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda. A. City Council Minutes Approve the Minutes of October 8, 2012, October 15, 2012, and October 22, 2012. S. Memorandum of Understanding with Weal University Aguaties Matters related to a Memorandum M Understanding between the City of West University Place and West University Aquatics. C. Memorandum of Understanding with Went Universlty Baptist ChumM1 Matters related to a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of West University Place and West University Baptist Church. Qtly Council Minutes, November 5, 2012 D. Memorandum of Understanding with Tri Sports Matters related to a Memorandum of Unders+anding bebveen the City of West University Place and TrbSports. E. Fee Schedule Ordinance Matters related to an commence adopting the 2013 Fee Schedule. Councilmember Heathcott moved to approve the Consent Agenda as presented. Councilmember Johnson seconded the motion. MOTION PASSED. Ayes: Fry, Hennepin, Johnson, Yehle Noes: None Absent: Sample For the record, City Manager Ross stated that after discussion with Councilmember Yehle, staff added indemnity and language and limit of liability language to each of the Memorandums of Understanding and confirmed that the amendments are Part of the Consent Agenda. 3. Reports by Councintaff 0. Adioum Meeting At 6:33 p.m., Councilmember Yehle moved to adjourn the special meeting. Councilmember Heathcott seconded the motion. MOTION PASSED.
