MEMBERS PRESENT: Steve Brown, DeDe DeStefano, Bruce Frankel,
Lauren Griffith and Sam Parikh
MEMBERS ABSENT: Bob Higley
STAFF PRESENT: Debbie Scarcella, City Planner and Jolie S. Lenz,
City Legal Counsel
Call to Order — With quorum present at 6:15 p.m., Steve Brown called the meeting to
order.
Notices, Rules, Etc. Steve Brown, ZPC Chair, gave a brief recap of the reason for
the meeting which is to discuss revisions to the preliminary report regarding
conforming building sites.
1. Minutes from the May 23,2011 and June 9, 2011 meetings.
DeDe DeStefano motioned to approve the minutes from the May 23, 2011 special
session and the June 9, 2011 regular meeting as written. Motion carried.
2. Conforming Building Sites. Chairman Brown asked the ZPC members to take a
moment and review the revised preliminary report regarding conforming building
sites. Chairman Brown then asked if there were any other changes, revisions or
comments from the members.
Lauren Griffith made a motion to approve the preliminary report and ordinance. Sam
Parikh seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
A brief discussion regarding the possible dates for a public hearing and scheduling on
City Council's agenda followed. A discussion regarding meeting dates for the
remainder of the summer followed.
DeDe DeStefano made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Sam
Parikh. Motion carried unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 6:43 p.m.
