The Zoning and Planning Commission of West University Place, Texas (the "ZPC") will
hold a public hearing in the Council Chambers of the City's Municipal Building at 3800
University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005 at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 23,
2011. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a moratorium on property development in
accordance with the requirements of Chapter 212, Subchapter E, of the Texas Local Government
Code, on platted lots within the City that do not abut constructed streets. Any resident or
affected person may appear at the public hearing and speak for or against the proposed
moratorium.
Additional information concerning the public hearing may be obtained from the City
Clerk at 3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005, during normal
business hours.

NOTICE OF ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING
The Zoning and Planning Commission("ZPC")of the City of West University Place,Texas("City")
will hold a public hearing in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building, 3800
University Boulevard,City of West University Place,Texas 77005,during a meeting set to begin at
6:15 P.M. on May 12, 2011. The hearing may be recessed and continued to a ZPC meeting set to
begin at 6:15 P.M. on June 9,2011. The purpose of the hearing is to provide an opportunity for all
persons to be heard in relation to the following matter:
Request for Preliminary and Final Replat Approval of one lot plus Twenty feet of
adjoining lot in order to make one building site.
Address of the site: 3504 and 3508 Georgetown Street, West University Place,
Texas 77005
Legal description of the site: Lot Six (6) and the East Twenty (20) feet of Lot Five (5) in
Y ( ) ( )
block Sixty-two (62) of the Second Addition to West
University Place, an addition in Harris County, Texas
according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Volume 538,
Page 147 of the Deed Records of Harris County, Texas.

Applicant: Douglas L Foshee and Sarah L Foshee
Applicable regulations include the City's Subdivision Ordinance, Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 212
and Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code and the rules of the ZPC. Additional

in the Public Works Center, 3826 Amherst, West University Place, 77005. Any person interested
in such matters should attend the hearings.
