® Recycled Paper Notice of Zoning & Planning Commission Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning &Planning Commission(Z&PC) and members of the
Building and Standards Commission and City Council of the City of West University Place,
Texas will hold a meeting on: August 12, 2010 beginning at 6:15 p.m. in the Municipal
Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:
[Call to order]
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, introductions, rules, meeting procedures
and identifying parties.
2. Minutes. Matters relating to minutes from the July 8, 2010 meeting.
3. PNC Status. Matters related to Prior Non-Conforming (PNC)Uses; acquiring and losing
PNC status.
4. Parking Regulations. Matters related to off-street parking requirements.
5. Basements. Matters relating basements to is and subterranean structures includin g a
preliminary report to City Council on the status of possible amendments to the zoning
regulations.
6. Executive Session (if necessary)
The Commission reserves the right to at any time during the session convene in a closed
session pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, for reasons including
but not limited to: Section 551.071 (consultation with legal counsel to seek or receive
legal advice or consultation regarding pending or contemplated litigation); Section
551.087 (deliberation regarding economic development).

specially marked parking spaces are available in the southwest parking area. Special seating will be
provided.
