Call to Order — With quorum present at 6:21 p.m., Steve Brown called the meeting to
order.
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. ZPC and staff introduced themselves. Debbie Scarcella
informed ZPC that BSC did not meet in September regarding Basements.
2. Minutes.
September 9, 2010 workshop DeDe DeStefano made a motion to approve as
amended. Motion was seconded by Bob Higley. Ayes: Steve Brown, Bob Higley,
DeDe DeStefano, Lauren Griffin and Sam Parikh. Noes: none. Minutes approved.
September 9, 2010 regular meeting. Sam Parikh made a motion to approve as
amended. Motion was seconded by Bob Higley. Ayes: Steve Brown, Bob Higley,
DeDe DeStefano, Lauren Griffith and Sam Parikh. Noes: none. Minutes approved.
3. PNC Status and Parking Regulations. (Preliminary Report) ZPC discussed the
draft preliminary report and changes made by staff as requested at last month's
meeting. There were a few minor changes requested. Motion was made by Sam
Parikh to forward the preliminary report as amended to City Council to recommend a
joint public hearing. Motion was seconded by Bob Higley. Ayes: Steve Brown, Bob
Higley, DeDe DeStefano, Lauren Griffith and Sam Parikh. Noes: none. Preliminary
report approved.
4. Executive Session (if necessary). Not used

Adjournment. DeDe DeStefano made a motion to adjourn. Lauren Griffith
seconded. Ayes: Steve Brown, Sam Parikh, Bob Higley, Lauren Griffith and De De
DeStefano. Motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.(#1).1 PASSED THIS DAY, 0 , 2010.
