Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and
members of the City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will meet on:
June 17, 2010. Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 3800 University
Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:
[Call to order]
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures,
identifying parties, swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. 2010-04 Property at 6008 Fordham, West University Place, Texas
77005 (Two Variances)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Request a variance to
reduce number of enclosed parking spaces to zero.
b. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Request a variance to allow a
rear yard projection of the principal building to be 100%non-garage space.
c. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
3. Docket No. 2010-03 Property at 3636 Rice Blvd, West University Place, Texas
77005 (Special Exception and Variance)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Request a Special Exception
to allow an additional curb cut in a SFD (Single Family District) per Table 7-5a
Parking, driveways, etc.
b. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Request a variance to allow a
reduction in the minimum number of required parking spaces per Section 10-
100. Off-street parking.
c. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
