At least one additional parking space must be located between the garage and the public right of way without blocking a public walkway. The applicant believes that there will be room for at least three parking spaces between the end of the driveway and the front building line,therefore no increase in on-street parking will occur. The zoning regulations also require that if a principal structure is located within the rear yard setback(rear twenty feet of the property); at least 51%of the structure located within the rear yard must be garage space.
