UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS:

That there is hereby levied and assessed ,against ,all taxable
property within the corporate lim.itsof the City of West University
Place, Texas, and there shall be collected by such City a: tax of
1. '710 of the value of au ch property, or at the rate of One and '70/100
Dollars ($1.'70) on the One Hundred Dollar ($100.00) valuation for
