ORDINANCE NO. 269
AN ORDINANCE .AMENDING NUMBERH;D PARAGRAPH I OF ORDINANCE NO. 265
AND LIMITING THE NUMBER OF FOWLS THAT ANY RESIDENT OF WEST UNIVER-
SITY PLACE MAY HAVE OR KEEP ON SUCH RESIDENT'S PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST

That numbered paragraph, I of Ordinance No. 265 be, and the
same is hereby, amended 'and changed as herein provided.
II
,That from. and after the passage of this ordinance" numbered
Paragraph I of Ordinance No. 265 shall read:

No person or persons shall keep or have in his, her or their
possession on the lot, tract or parcel of land upon which he, she
or they reside, more than eighty (80) fowls at anyone time, pro~ ~
vided the lot, tract or parcel of land upon which such person or
persons reside contain ten thousand (10,000) square feet or more of
area, and provided further that if, the total area resided ufon by
any such person or persons shall be less than t~n thousand 10,000) ~
square feet, then, in that event, such person or persons shall not
have or keep at any time more than,forty (40) 'fowl$ for each five,' , r'
thousand (5,000) square feet, or not more fowls than one (l) fowl I l
to each hundred and twenty five (125) square feet of such area re- i--,
