That Ordinance No.-ill shall be, and the same is hereby sup-
plemented as herei n provided.

That "To run at largeU, as used in Ordinance ~o. ,g,u of the
City of West University Pl'8.ce,shall mean to go free.' or 'be free on
private or.pub.1icproper'ty outside of'secure enclosure and without
leash securely attached to the ,dog, 'or mamber 01' the dog kind, and
without such. leash being held by a person or competent strength to
hold and contrQl said animal, or wi'thout such leash being 'securely
fast~ned ina manner to cause such animal to be unable to leave the
property under the control or in the use of the owner or harborer of
sueil animal.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herem th are II
hereby repealed, insofar as such conflicts exist only. ,',. I i
