SERVICES OF THE CITY'S HEALTH OFFICER, DURING THE YEAR 19.43'; AND
PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ALL ORDINANCES, AJ'm PARTS OF ORDINANCES,

PLACE, TEX,AS:

That there is hereby appropriated, and there may be used,
from the public funds and monies of the City of West University
Place, Texas, for payments by said City for services to beren-
dered by its officials, officers and employees, and for payment
to the Harris County Health Unit for the services of the Health
Officier of the City of West University Place, dit:ming the year 1943
the following sums, to wit: .
Mayor's sala~y
Commissioners' (4) salaries
City Attorney's retainer
mreasurer's salary
Corp. Judge's salary
Engineer's salary
Superintendent, Water &
Sewer Dept, salary
Police Chief's Salary
Ohief Clerk, Water Depart-
ment, Salary
Harris County Health Unit

That said sums appropriated ,in the foregoing paragraph>I,
or such parts thereof as may be authorized to be paid by the ~ity
Commission, shall be paid to the officials and officers duly
elected or appointed to fill mid offices, and be paid to the
Harris County Health Unit as directed by the City Commission.
III
That all ordinances, and parts of ordinances, in conflict
with this ordinance or any part thereof, are hereby repealed.-
