RESOLUTION NUMBER 2012 -04
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF THE FRIENDS OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PARKS FUND, A NON - PROFIT CORPORATION
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE:
Secfion 1. That the following persons are appointed 0 serve as members of the
Board of the Friends of West University Parks Fund, a non -profit corporation, for specific terms
of the specific positions indicated below:
POSITION TERM ENDING
Kristine Martinez Position August31,2013
Michelle Huth Position August 31, 2014
Grace Ebaugb Position 12 August 31, 2013
Section 2. All resolutions and pads of resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed! W the extent of the conflicts only.
Section 3. If any wool, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other pad of
this resolution or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, shall ever be had to be
invalid or unconstitutional by any coon of competent jurinicfion, the remainder of this resolution
and the application of such wood, phrase, clause, sentence, paragraph, section or other pad of
this resolution to any oMer persons or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
Section 4. The City Council officially fins, determines and declares Mat a sufficient
written notice of the data hour, place and subject of each meeting at which this resolution was
discussed, considered or acted upon was given in the manner required by the Texas Open
Meetings Act, as amended, and that each such meeting has been open to the public as required
by law at all times during such discussion, consideration and action. The City Council ratifies,
roves anti confirms sucM1 notices and the contents and posting thereof.
