Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet on:
February 16, 2012
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, West
University Place, Texas 77005
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures,
identifying parties, swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. 2012 -01, regarding property at 3820 Swarthmore Street, West
University Place, Texas 77005, (Special Exception).
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Driveway and curb cut
widths. Applicant requests a special exception to allow an increase in the
driveway and curb cut widths in the front yard (setback) and street area.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding
matters.
3. Docket No. 2012 -02, regarding property at 5800 Kirby Drive, West University
Place, Texas 77005, (Variance).
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Facing sign toward a
residential street. Applicant requests a variance to allow a sign to face
toward a residential street.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding
matters.
4. Docket No. 2012 -03, regarding property at 5320 Sewanee Avenue, West
University Place, Texas 77005, (Special Exception).
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Alternative paving
material. Applicant requests a special exception to allow the use of an
alternative impervious paving material for a portion of the driveway and
maneuvering area.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding
matters.
5. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held
on November 17, 2011.
