Notice is hereby given that the Parks and Recreation Board and
Members of the City Council will meet on:

West University Place Recreation Center
4210 Bellaire Blvd.
West University Place, Texas
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:

II. Welcome, Opening Remarks and Approval of the Minutes - Leah Ragiel
III. Request for Wier Park safety base funding and
funding of additional equipment at Judson Park - Tim O'Connor
IV. Park Lovers' 2012 Ball - Courtney Archer and Anne Freeman
V. City Council Report - Susan Sample
VI. Other Reports and Announcements - Donna LaMond
