Paver Sales - Matthew Foytlin (absent, presented by Debora Connelly)
This year it was agreed to focus the paver marketing on two "campaigns" in order to
capture more interest from the neighborhood. Mothers Day is the first such holiday, and
we were recently informed by Katie Hill of the submission deadline (April 20) for
Mothers Day installation. I spoke with our installation company today about the status of
paver installation, but it was prior to receiving the April 20th submission deadline. I will
follow up with him to make sure the date is feasible. He may want to know an
anticipated order size (10 -20 pavers?), so I will follow up with Katie to see if we can
come up with some preliminary expectations.
Mr. Woodward is prepared to submit the orders on file for inscription and installation.
We hope to have those pavers installed by the end of the month, with certain pavers
installed much sooner. A few donors have not yet provided their forms, so I will make a
real push to get them in our hands before the Mothers Day submission deadline. Mr.
Woodward would like to process as many orders at one time as he can; however,
we cannot wait any longer for outstanding forms.
I also plan to close the loop on our prior engraver regarding issues of paver inventory
(certain non-uniform pavers are difficult to stock, and he may have our only inventory)
