inflatables, etc) in the various parks, especially Huffington and Judson. Parking is a big
issue at Huffington. Right now the only rental venue is Colonial Park. We may need to
rethink the rental policy and/or redirect party planners to Colonial Park. There is no
ordinance that covers this type of usage in the other parks. While we don't want to
discourage use of the parks, the space does need to be shared with the other park goers.
An agreement has been signed with KidventureST" to provide kid camps next summer.
There have been no further "tagging" incidents by graffiti artists in the last couple of
weeks. The police are still investigating, but haven't had any success in identifying a
suspect.
As a result of recent break-ins in the Recreation Center parking lot, they are looking into
installing high resolution cameras to record license plates of each car entering the parking
lot.
