CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL WORKSHOP MINUTES
City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas, met in a special workshop session Tuesday,
August 23, 2011, in the Public Works Conference Room, 3826 Amheerst, West University Place,
Texas beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Council and staff in attendance: Mayor Fry and Councilmembers Heathcott, Johnson, and Yehle, and
Assistant City Secretary Moody. Mayor Pro Tern Sample was absent.
Notice of the meeting was duly posted in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Fry called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. to discuss the following:
1. Board and Committee Interviews
City Council interviewed candidates for the various City boards and commissions.
2. Executive Session (if necessary)
There was no Executive Session.
