AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE: CODE OF ORDINANCES, OF THE:CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS, BY THE ADDITI0N THERETO OF
SECTION" 6-64; DECLARING AND' DELINEATING FIRE ZONE 9 OF THE,
CITY OF WEST:UNIVERSITY PLACE,. TEXAS;, AND PROVIDING' AN EF-
FECTIVE DATE.

Section 1. That the Code of Ordinances of the City of West University
Place, Texas, 'is hereby amended. by the' addition of a ,section to be numbered
6-6.4, which said section shall read as fOllows:
"Section6-64: Fire Limits - .zone 9. ,The following described real
property shall comprize Zone 9 of the fire limits of the city:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8~ 9, 10, Block 3
Bissonnet Place Addition
Lots 5, 6, T, 8, 9, Block 2, Bi ssonnet Pl ace Additi on
Lots 1 and 2, Block 93, West University 2nd Addition
Lots 2 and 4, Block 4, Tang1ey,Terrace Addition

excluded from the fire limit restrictions so long as presently
used and occupi ed. II
Secti on 2. Thi s ordinance 'sha 11 take effect and be' in: force immed-
iately from and after 'its passage and approval oy the Mayor. '
