• ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
MINUTES FROM JULY 29, 1991
SPECIAL SESSION
The Zoning Board of Adjustment came to order at 7:30 P.M.
with Acting Chairman Sterling Minor, Robert Heaton, Joe
Webb, and Victor Hansen present. Cecil Boles, Building
Inspector was present from the City.
Rehearing of Docket #91-13, 3936 Bellaire. Susan Haines,
with Signature Signs explained that at the regularly
scheduled meeting held on July 18, 1991, the depth of the
sign for the A& 0 Lamp Company was not discussed. The
decision made by the board was to grant a depth of 15"
instead of the requested 24". Ms. Haines explained that the
sign will need to be 24" deep to accommodate the length of
22' and the height of 6'.
After a brief discussion concerning #91-13, Robert Heaton
made motion seconded by Victor Hansen to allow the sign to
be 24'in depth. Motion carried unanimously.
Joe Webb made motion seconded by Victor Hansen to adjourn
~ the meeting. Motion carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
