• ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
MINUTES FROM APRIL 18, 1991
REGULAR SESSION
The Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting came to order at 7:30
P.M. with Acting Chairman Robert Heaton, Victor Hansen, Joe
Webb, and Teresa Fogler present. Mr. Perry, Chief Building
Official, from the City of West University Place was also
present.
The Board held a discussion with Gordon Smith, 2640 Barbara
Lane, and Peter Powell, 2606 Carolina Way, concerning the
condition of 3 lots on Barbara Lane that had been used as a
building site, that would be reverted to 3 building sites
along originally platted lines instead of 1 building site.
The applicants for docket # 91-4, H.I.S.D, were not present~.
After a brief discussion Victor Hansen made motion to recess
the meeting until Thursday April 25, 1991. Joe Webb
seconded and motion carried.
• Motion was made by Robert Heaton and seconded by Victor
Hansen to approve the minutes from February 21, 1991.
Motion carried.
Motion was made by Robert Heaton and seconded by Victor
Hansen to approve the minutes from March 7, 1991. Motion
carried.
Motion was made by Joe Webb and seconded by Victor Hansen to
adjourn the Meeting. Motion carried and the meeting
adjourned at 9:00.
