• THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
MINUTES FROM DECEMBER 17, 1992
SPECIAL SESSION
(AND CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION)
7:00 PM
The Zoning Board of Adjustment came to order, in open session,
shortly after 7:00 PM in the Conference Room, First Floor (Rear)
of the Municipal Building, 3800 University Blvd., Houston, Texas
77005, with the following members present: Sterling Minor,
Chairman, Robert McBride, Sue Poretto, Vic Hansen, and Teresa
Fogler. Also present were the attorneys for the City, Ray Viada
and Jim Dougherty.
The Chairman announced the executive session under Section 2(e)
of the Open Meetings Act, and the Board went into executive
session. The Board recessed the special session at 7:30 PM,
because the regular meeting was scheduled to start. (The special
session was only recessed, not adjourned.)
The Board resumed the special session at 10:45 PM. At
approximately 11:00 PM, the Board emerged from executive session.
The Board voted unanimously to approve a memorandum and report on
• the 1991 proceedings in Docket #91-18, and then adjourned the
special session shortly after 11:OO~M so that the regular
meeting could resume. _
