Doris Marshall made motion seconded by John Pickul to grant a variance
to allow the garage at Lot 2, Block 2, Quenby Court, 2731 Nottingham to be
~ located closer to the side property line than is required by the Zoning
Ordinance of The City of West University Place.
Voting Aye: Charles Lusk, John Pickul, Doris Marshall, Robert Heaton

The permit for this property was issued January 22, 1990, and a renewal
of this permit was issued August 28, 1990. Therefore, this a permanent
document.
Unless othexwise sCated, any authorization by the Board of Ad3ustment
for a special exception, variance or conditional use shall expire if
the applicant fails to obtain a permit within 90 days from the date
of authorization of such special exception, variance or conditional
use.
