The City Council convened in Workshop Session in the Public Works Center Lunchroom
(3826 Amherst on September 3, 1998, with the following members present: Mayor
Fogler presiding, Council Members Davis, Neal, Sparkman and Starich. The City
Manager, City Secretary, Finance Director, Fire Chief, Police Chief, Public Works
Director and Parks and Recreation Director were also present.
1999 BUDGET:
The City Council and City Staff discussed the 1999 Budget.
The City Attorney arrived at 7:15 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT:
With no further business to come before the City Council at this time, a motion was made
by Council Member Sparkman, seconded by Council Member Davis, to adjourn. The
Workhsop Session adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
