Closedmxecutive Session under Section 551.071, Texas Government Code.
. "'fhe 'City Council convened in Executive Session at 6:52.p.rn. with the following Council
Members and Staff present during the discussion: Mayor Pro Tem Sparkman, Council Member
Neal, City Manager, City Attorney and Finance Director.
The Executive Session closed at 7:05 p.rn.
Council Members Starich and Davis and the City Secretary joined the meeting.

The City Council reviewed the regular meeting agenda and discussed items under consideration

The City Council reviewed matters received from the public.and referred them to the appropriate

ADJOURNMENT:
With no further business to come before the City Council at this time, a motion was made by
Council Member Starich, seconded by Council Member Neal, to adjourn; The workshop ,
session adjourned at 7:22 p.rn.
