Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and
members of the City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will meet on:
January 21, 2010. Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the
Municipal Building, 3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:
/Call to order]
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures,
identifying parties, swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. 2009-13, Property at 3614 and 3620 Georgetown, West University
Place, Texas 77005 (Special Exception)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Applicant requests a special
exception per Table 7-5a Parking, driveways, etc., Special Exceptions, to
authorize an additional curb and stub or dead-end driveway in front yard.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
3. Docket No. 2009-14, Property at 3219 University, West University Place, Texas
77005 (Special Exception)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Applicant requests a special
exception per Table 7-5a Parking, driveways, etc., to allow an additional curb not
to exceed 16' wide on University Boulevard.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
4. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held
on October 15, 2009.
