Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Zoning and Planning
Commission of the City of West University Place, Texas will meet on:
March 18, 2010
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:
[Call to order]
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures,
identifying parties, swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. 2009-I1, Property at 3130 Jarrard, West University Place, Texas
77005 (Time Extension Request Only)
a. Time Extension Request regarding the following matters: Prior Non
Conforming Status. Applicant requests a time extension relating to Docket 2009-
11 (variance granted August 20, 2009). Time extension is requested to allow
additional time to request a permit.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
3. Docket No. 2010-01, regarding property at 3622 University Blvd, West University
Place, Texas 77005, (Variance)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Applicant requests a variance
to allow the use of three (3) stacked spaces behind designated employee parking
spaces and two (2) head in parking spaces in front of the building as required
parking spaces.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
4. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held
on January 21, 2010.
