The consensus of the commission was that careful consideration should be given to the rezoning request in order not to break the trust with the neighboring residents as well as any proposed tenant. ZPC agreed to end the discussion with no action taken. 4. Fences. Dave Beach, Assistant Public Works Director addressed ZPC concerning the traffic safety standards for visibility triangles. Mr. Beach went over the height standards as recommended by the City's traffic safety engineer. (see attached door hanger) The rest of the discussion concerning this proposal was tabled until the next meeting. 5. Basements. This item was tabled until the next meeting. Adjournment. Bob Higley made a motion to adjourn. Lauren Griffith seconded. Ayes: Steve Brown, DeDe DeStefano, Bruce Frankel, Bob Higley and Lauren Griffith. Noes: none. Motion passed.
