Notice of Building & Standards Commission Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Building & Standards Commission (BSC) and members
of the City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will hold a meeting on:
January 7, 2010
Beginning at 6:00 P.M.
In the Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room,
Located at 3800 University Blvd, West University Place, Texas 77005.
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
[Call to Order.J
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to announcements, notices, introductions, rules, meeting
procedures and identifying parties.
2. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to discussion and approval of the meeting minutes of October
15, 2009.
3. Docket Number 2010-01 regarding Covington Builders.
a. Matters relating to Covington Builders not complying with Chapter 18 of the City Code
of Ordinances, specifically occupancy prior to obtaining a certificate of occupancy.
b. Deliberation, decision, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matter.
4. Errors and Omissions Insurance. Matters relating to increasing the Errors and Omissions
insurance amount per claim and aggregate do the cost of construction in West University Place.
5. Basements. Matters relating to basements and subterranean structures including a
preliminary report to City Council on the status of possible amendments to the
development regulations.

RAMP LOCATED AT THE WEST ENTRANCE TO THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING. SPECIALLY MARKED
PARKING SPACES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE PARKING LOT ADJtO~IN\IN1G^UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD.
