Debbie, looking at the attachment, I think the gate or breachabie wall is OK. The required key box shall be a "Knox
Sox". That is the system the City has adopted for rapid entry key boxes. What is the definition of a "long time" for prior
non-conforming situations?

Steve and Alton,
The Zoning and Planning Commission is discussing possible amendments to fencing regulations to include certain
plantings and hedges in front and side yard areas. Jim Dougherty recommended forwarding this to you to inform you of
the discussions and to solicit any feedback you may have. This will be on the ZPC agenda for December 11, so any input
you might want included please either let me or Sallye know, or be our guest at the meeting which starts at 6:15 pm.
We are currently preparing to ask council for a workshop before developing ordinance language, so the attached is
concepts only. Thanks and let me know if you have any questions.
