Richard Wilson called the meeting to order at p.m.
Richard Wilson called Docket No. 08-07, regarding property at 5802
Kirby (Variance Request to the required number of off-street
parking spaces) to order and noted the absence of a quorum and an
unscheduled presence of emergency operations for Hurricane Ike
occupying the meeting space. Richard Wilson then announced that
the hearing is being recessed and continued until the October
meeting of the board in accordance with the official hearing
notice.
Richard Wilson called Docket No. 08-08, regarding property at 5708
Buffalo Speedway (Special Exception to allow a stub or dead end
driveway in the front yard as an alternate design for maneuvering
area) to order, noted the absence of a quorum and an unscheduled
presence of emergency operations for Hurricane Ike occupying the
meeting space. Richard Wilson then announced that the hearing is
being recessed and continued until the October meeting of the board
