Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet on:
February 21, 2008
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:
[Call to order]
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures,
identifying parties, swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. 08-01, regarding property at 3304 Nottingham Street, West University
Place, Texas 77005, (Special Exception)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Additional curb cuts.
Applicant requests a special exception to allow one additional curb cut
on the side street side of the property (Rutgers Avenue).
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding
matters.
3. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held
on September 20, 2007.

THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING. SPECIALLY MARKED PARKING SPACES ARE AVAILABLE IN
THE PARKING LOT ADJOINING UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD.
