Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet on:
March 15, 2007
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures, identifying
parties, swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. 07-02, Property at 2713 and 2719 Werlein, West University Place, Texas
77005 (Variance)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters:
Accessory Structures; Use and Density. Applicant requests a variance to allow an
existing structure (pool) to remain on the building site without a lawful use of the
principal building and not accessory to the principal building.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
3. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on
February 15, 2007

BY USING THE SLOPED RAMP LOCATED AT THE WEST ENTRANCE TO THE MUNICIPAL
BUILDING. SPECIALLY MARKED PARKING SPACES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE PARKING LOT
ADJOINING UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD.
