Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice'is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) of the City of West
University Place, Texas will meet on:
November 16, 2006
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures, identifying parties,
swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. 06-07, Commercial Business at 5406 Kirby Drive, West University Place, Texas
77005 (Special exception for shared parking agreement and joint use of 75% of the parking
spaces at 5410 Kirby.) Note: Applicant has withdrawn this application
3. Docket No. 06-08, House at 3116 Rice Blvd West University Place, Texas 77005 Y ~ (Variance)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters:
Yards (or `setbacks Applicant requests a variance of 2.5 feet for the interior side yard
setback. The request is for the side yard setback to be 5.0 feet instead of 7.5 feet to
protect an existing Red Oak Tree.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
4. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held on
October 19, 2006.

BY USING THE SLOPED RAMP LOCATED AT THE WEST ENTRANCE TO THE MUNICIPAL
BUILDING. SPECIALLY MARKED PARKING SPACES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE PARKING LOT
ADJOINING UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD.
