This decision must be recorded in the Real Property Records of Harris County, Texas. The decision will go into effect once the decision is recorded and is in the Board's Office (c/o Secretary of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, 3826 Amherst, Houston, Texas 77005), City of West University Place. 2. Prior non-conforming status is lost if the structure is demolished or alterations cause the removal of the encroachment. :~ 3.
