Request for variance on interior stair width.
Dale Reid made motion, seconded by Jeann Howse to grant variance on
the basis that the matter had been brought to the attention of the
Board, that good fa~th effort had been made to comply with the
code and that to bring the stairway into compliance would pose a
financial hardship.
Voting Aye: Dale Reid, Nicholas Ashliman, Caro~lyn Hodgins, Susan
Freeman and Jeann Howse.

Doris Marshall made motion to deny the request for variance on the
grounds that there is no hardship. Victor Hansen seconded and
motion carried unanimously.
