~ MEMORANDUM OF ZONING DECISION
We, the undersigned officers of the Zoning Board of Adjustment ("Board") of the City of West
University Place, Texas, in Harris County, Texas ("City"), certify the following, as they appear
from the official records of the Board:
1. The Board convened in regular session on November 11,1995 at 7:35 p.m. in the City of West
University Place, Texas, and the following duly constituted officers and members of the Board were
present and constituted a quorum, to-wit:
2. Whereupon, the Board considered an application under the zoning ordinance of the City (and under
Chapter 211 of the Texas Local Government Code) for a request of a variance to allow a front
setback of 79.5' instead of the required 20' relating to the following property located in the City:
Address: 2631 Nottingham Street ~
Legal description: TR 2, BLK 4, (West 55' of Lot 2) Evanston Addition, Volume 15, Page 50
of the map records of Harris County Texas.
3. After conducting a hearing on such application, the following motion or other measure was
introduced for consideration by the Board: `,.

Granting the variance with conditions (the width of the projection can never be more .
~ than what is existing in the front setback) (for the existing structure only). .

4. It was then duly moved and seconded that such measure be adopted; and, after due discussion, the
measure was adopted and approved by the following vote: Ayes: 5 Nays: none
5. Such measure and the vote upon it have been duly recorded in the official minutes of the meeting
identified above, to which reference is made for a more full description of such measure.
