Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Zoning and Planning
Commission of the City of West University Place, Texas will meet on:
April 16, 2009
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:
[Call to order]
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures,
identifying parties, swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. 2009-03, regarding property at 6532 Community Drive, West
University Place, Texas 77005, (Variance)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Applicant requests a variance
to Section 12-102 (c), Prior Non-Conformities, Appendix A of the Code of
Ordinances to acquire PNC status for prior committed work to construct a one-car
garage instead of a two-car garage.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
3. Rules of Procedures. Matters related to Zoning Board of Adjustment Rules of
Procedures.
4. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held
on March 30, 2009.
