Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Zoning and Planning
Commission of the City of West University Place, Texas will meet on:
March 30, 2009
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:
[Call to order]
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures,
identifying parties, swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. 2009-01, regarding property at 6207-6217 Edloe Street, West
University Place, Texas 77005, (Special Exception)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Applicant requests a special
exception as provided in Section 12-105, Special Exceptions to Extend PNC
Status, Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances to reinstate PNC status for
non-compliance with pervious area requirements in the C district (including
required pervious area, landscape strips, qualified trees and pervious islands in the
parking area). This PNC item lost its PNC status due to expiration of the time
period listed in Section 12-103, Losing PNC status (i) Passage of time, Appendix
A of the Code of Ordinances.
b: Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
3. Docket No. 2009-02, regarding property at 6203 Edloe Street, West University
Place, Texas 77005, (Special Exception)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Applicant requests a special
exception as provided in Section 12-105, Special Exceptions to Extend PNC
Status, Appendix A of the Code of Ordinances to reinstate PNC status for
non-compliance with pervious area requirements in the C district (including
required pervious area, landscape strips, qualified trees and pervious islands in the
parking area). This PNC item lost its PNC status due to expiration of the time

4. Rules of Procedures. Matters related to Zoning Board of Adjustment Rules of

5. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meetings held
on November 20, 2008 and January 15, 2009.
