Notice of Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) and Zoning and Planning
Commission of the City of West University Place, Texas will meet on:
January 15, 2009
Beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Bill Watson Conference Room of the Municipal Building,
3800 University Boulevard, West University Place, Texas 77005
The subject(s) of the meeting are as follows:
[Call to order]
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, rules and meeting procedures,
identifying parties, swearing of witnesses, etc.
2. Docket No. 08-08, regarding property at 5708 Buffalo Speedway, West University
Place, Texas 77005, (Special Exception) (Recessed and continued from October 16,
2008 and November 20, 2008)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Dead End or Stub Driveway or
Parking Space. Applicant requests a special exception to allow a stub or dead end
driveway in the front yard as an alternate design for maneuvering area.
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
3. Docket No. 08-09, regarding property at 4248 Judson, West University Place,
Texas 77005, (Special Exception)
a. Public hearing regarding the following matters: Acquiring PNC Status, Certain
Yard Encroachments. Applicant requests a special exception to acquire PNC
status for a front yard encroachment of 3.6 feet (3' 8").
b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matters.
4. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to the approval of minutes from the meeting held
on November 20, 2008.
