AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NUMBER 111 .OF THE CITY OF
WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TEXAS, BY AMENDING SECTION 2(9) TO
AMEND THE DEFINlnON OF "FAMIL YII; AND PROVIDING AN EFFEC-
TIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAtNED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WEST UNIVERSITY
PLACE, TEXAS:

Section 1. That Ordinance Number 111 of the City of West University
Place be amended so that hereafter Section 2(9) shall read as follows:

IISection 2(9) , Family:
One or more persons related by blood, adoption, or marriage,
living and cooking together as a single housekeeping unit,
exclusive of household servants. A number of persons but

single housekeeping unit though not related by blood, adop-
tion, or marriage shall be deemed to constitute a family.1I
Section 2. Thnis Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately from and after its passage and .approvalas requi.redby law.
