below: The parking for the JMH property. It has existed as parking lot for over 50 years. The
continued use as a parking lot will not cause a substantial adverse effect on other persons or the area.

( X) The vote: Steve Mazoff , Mark Plagens, Michael Neal, Frank Billings and Steven Segal voted for, no
one opposed.
Decisia: of the Zoning Board of Adjushne~zt (subject to nll c~pplicuGle appeals): The ZBA approved the Special Exception
for reinstatement of PNC status for a period of 20 years, witl~ the stipulation that the parking lot could be used for the
primary purpose of parking related to the business use located on the adjacent property to the south.
This special exception is for a 20 year time period. This special exception remains subject to the regulatory jurisdiction of
the city, and it does not grant any property right or vested right of any kind.
Effective Dnte & Appeals: This decision takes effect on the date it is Cled in the Board's oftice (c/o Secretary of the
Zoning Board of Adjustment, 3800 University Boutevard, ~Vest University Place, Texas 77005) unless otherwise
indicated above. Any appeals of this decision are subject to and governed by applicable ordinances and laws,
including: the Zoning Ordinance and Chapter 211, Texas Local Government Code. Under chapter 211, petitions for
judicial rev' w must be presented within 10 ays after the date this decisi is ~led in the Board's offi .
