CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL WORKSHOP MINUTES
City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas, met in a special workshop session Tuesday,
August 25, 2009, in the Municipal Building Conference Room, 3800 University Boulevard, West
University Place, Texas beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Council and staff in attendance: Mayor Kelly, Mayor Pro Tern Fry, and Councilmembers Boehme,
Guffey, and Segal, and City Secretary Lenz.
Notice of the meeting was duly posted in accordance with the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Kelly called the meeting to order at approximately 5:00 p.m. to discuss the following:
1. Board and Committee Interviews
City Council interviewed candidates for the various City boards and commissions.
2. Executive Session (if necessary)
There was no Executive Session.
3. Adjourn
Meeting adjourned
