Subject: FW: IPMC update for BSC on the changes in the 2006 code
John,
While reviewing the 2006 International Property Maintenance Code ,I did not note any substantive changes from the
previous edition that would have an adverse effect on the application of the code. The changes that I observed
appeared to be clarification based only (e.g., coffee pots and microwave ovens are not cooking appliances, etc.).
Otherwise, I do not see a departure from the existing standard found in the 2003 International Property Maintenance
Code that we are presently using.
