Notice of Building & Standards Commission Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Building & Standards Commission (BSC) and members
of the City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will hold a meeting on:
May 3, 2007
Beginning at 6:00 P.M.
In the Public Works Facility Lunchroom
Located adjacent to 3825 Milton St
West University Place, Texas 77005.
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:
[Call to Order.]
1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, introductions, rules, meeting procedures and
identifying parties.
2. Urban Forest Code Amendments. Matters relating to the urban forest, tree protection and tree
preservation, including possible code amendments.
3. Demolition Regulations Amendments. Matters relating to demolition regulations including
permitting, salvage, time limits, including possible code amendments.
4. Storm Sewer Protection. Matters relating to storm sewer protection, landscaping debris,
registration of landscaping contractors, landscape debris disposal requirements.
5. Future Meeting Dates. Matters relating to future meeting dates, holidays, revised meeting
calendar, etc.
6. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to discussion and approval of the meeting minutes of April 5,
2007.

MEETING PLACE MENTIONED ABOVE IS ACCESSIBLE BY WHEEL CHAIRS BY USING THE SLOPED
RAMP LOCATED AT THE WEST ENTRANCE TO THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING. SPECIALLY MARKED
PARKING SPACES AREA VAILABLE IN THE PARKING LOT ADJOINING UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD.
