Notice of Building & Standards Commission Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Building & Standards Commission (BSC) and members
of the City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will hold a meeting on:
April 02, 2009
Beginning at 6:00 P.M.
In the City Hall Conference Room,
Located at 3600 University Blvd, West University Place, Texas 77005.
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, introductions, rules, meeting procedures and
identifying parties.
2. Meeting Minutes. Matters relating to discussion and approval of the meeting minutes of March
12, 2009.
3. Docket Number 09-02 regarding Complete Care Home Improvement
a. Hearing to discuss the contractor working without permits within the City
• b. Hearing regarding the contractor not completing work, nor receiving final city approval
of project.
4. Construction Codes. Matters relating to the International Code Council (ICC) family of
codes, updates, local amendments, etc.
