Notice of Building & Standards Commission Special Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Building & Standards Commission (BSC) and members
of the City Council of the City of West University Place, Texas will hold a meeting on:
August 20, 2009
Beginning at 5:00 P.M.
In the Municipal Building, Bill Watson Conference Room,
Located at 3800 University Blvd, West University Place, Texas 77005.
The subjects of the meeting are as follows:

1. Notices, Rules, Etc. Matters relating to notices, introductions, rules, meeting procedures and
identifying parties.
2. Docket Number 2009-02 regarding property at 3756 University, West University Place,
Texas 77005 (Variance)
a. Public Hearing regarding request under Article II, Section 18-59(b) of the Code of
Ordinances for a variance regarding placement of temporary classroom as previously
allowed through 2002.
• b. Deliberation, decisions, other action, etc. regarding the preceding matter.

PARKING SPACES ARE AVAILABLE IN THE PARKING LOT ADJOINING UNIVERSITY BOULEVARD.
